    Hi there @zeb2cubed 👋

The Payment fields do not load on FireFox. My Firefox is uptodate (118.0.2 (64-bit)) but I checked on older versions to and it has the same issue.

Thank you for bringing this to our notice. I went ahead with checking the site at https://acreshall.ie/checkout/, with the latest versions of both Firefox and Chrome. Below is what I could see, for reference:

Just to clarify, did you already have a chance to test with the Storefront theme (linked here) activated, and only the WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway, or otherwise?

I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions, let us know.

    We’re happy to help.

No I could not test with the Storefront theme, because this is a live website and I can’t just change the theme.

But I am pretty sure it’s not an issue with the theme, because it works fine on other browsers but not on FireFox.

Have you tested your plugin on Firefox?

    Hi there @zeb2cubed 👋

But I am pretty sure it’s not an issue with the theme, because it works fine on other browsers but not on FireFox.

Have you tested your plugin on Firefox?

Based on the details here, this sounds like an isolated issue with the Firefox browser on that device, as the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway is tested with, and works well, with all major browsers.

I trust that provides clarity. If you have more questions, let us know.

    We’re happy to help.
