# Does not work in WordPress 3.9

 * None of the plugins carry over and the homepage of the website is blank. It’s
   odd because the files and the database all carry over, so there must just be 
   a configuration issue somewhere.

 * Same. After hours of playing with the settings I managed to complete the backup
   and restore, but it made zero difference.
