  • Plugin Author Content Views

    (@pt-guy)

    Hi Deb,
this is Blog page (one of 2 specials WordPress page, beside Front page)
=> which content to show here will be taken care by active theme.

To change what and how to display content in this Blog page, it requires Pro plugin at http://www.contentviewspro.com/, and little theme modification (edit file home.php or index.php).

    Best regards,

I appreciate your prompt response. It would make sense what you are suggesting, if I had assigned the ‘Blog’ template to that page. But I have not. I assigned the ‘Default’ template, precisely because I want to use the effects that your plugin does.

I have used your plugin successfully in this other page in my site with the same exact settings:

    http://razorleaf.ecoastmarketing.com/about-us/events/

So I will delete the blog page, and blog view, and try again.

I tried another approach: I renamed the ‘blog’ category ‘article’ and that did the trick. So the word blog causes issues.

I am having the same issue. I use the Genesis Parallax Pro theme and I cannot get it to show on front page. I have read all of the instructions with no success.
drivero – how did you finally fix it?
