Does not work for category and tag on multi-site

I installed the plug-in on my test site which is multi-site and IDs show up on All Posts and All Pages, but not on Category and Tag pages in individual sites.

FYI, I just installed ShowID for Post/Page/Category/Tag/Comment and it works fine for me.
