• Hello there,

I used a couple of times the Editorial Calendar in the past months, but now that I want to use it more since we’re having more bloggers and I want to have a better organization, I can see that no posts are displayed on the calendar.

The calendar is just empty while I have around 20 posts on the blog… I don’t think this is normal… Can someone explain why?

    Thank you for your help!

Thanks for using the Editorial Calendar. I’m sorry you’re having trouble with it.

Can you tell me a little more about what happens when the calendar is blank. Do you see the days and no posts? Can you create a new post from the calendar? Are there any errors in your browser console when the calendar loads?

    Thanks,
    Zack

    Hello Zack,

Thank you for your quick reply. As you said, I see the days but I don’t see the posts (past, present, future).

I tried to create a post from the editorial calendar and it did not work.

What do you mean by browser console?

    Thank you for your answer,
    Best regards,

    Hi again Zack,

FYI, I just checked the posts tab and in fact the drafts created in the Editorial Calendar appear in this tab. So they were correctly created, they just don’t display in the Calendar.

I thought you’d want to know this.

Good luck with finding the fix!

    Hi Edouard,

If the calendar is drawing properly, but the posts aren’t showing up then there is probably some type of error happening when the posts are rendered. I’ve seen this happen when the JavaScript in the Editorial Calendar has a conflict with JavaScript from another plugin.

You could try temporarily disabling other plugins and see which one is causing the conflict.

    Good luck,
    Zack
