# Does not work, cannot add number…

 * This plugin seemed very promising and great that pro version is also availabe.
   I was recommended to add WA button for more sales! 🙂 However I cannot even start
   using this plugin… If I try to add phone number I cannot fill the field it is
   all greyed / disabled… Even country code does not work (default is correct however).
   Only some shadow appears if I click these fields. See the screenshot. Please 
   help… I need to inactivate this plugin until I have a working solution to this
   bug.

 * Thank you so much for the message
 * Is it possible to disable the Initl input library and test?
 * ‘Click to Chat’ -> ‘Other settings’ -> ‘Debug, Troubleshoot’ -> ‘WhatsApp number
   not saving’ Please check the ‘Disable Initl input library’ and save changes.
 * Fixing this issue got delayed. As admin site settings, unable to identify the
   issue. And not able to replicate the issue on our development sites to fix it.
 * We will much focus on this and sooner will fix this issue.
