 * Hye !
    I’ve tried the free version, before buying the premium. But this is not
   working. In the page “Customer Points”, there is nothing. But I have already 
   customers, orders achieved… I tried to create a new acccount, a new order, etc….
   N othing. I can’t buy it if it’s not working ! Thanks for your help.

 * In the “Customer Points” page, you can view only customers that have points.
   
   Also the points are added to customer when the order is “completed”. Please check
   and let me know

    The problem is that I already have customers who have
   orders completed. And there is nothing in the list Customer Points…

 * Check in your database if there’s the table ‘wp_yith_ywpar_points_log’ with the
   prefix that you have selected in the installation of wordpress.
 * If not, remove the option ‘yith_ywpar_db_version’ from the table ‘wp_options’
   and try again!

 * Where can i find that table i already go to my database i found the wp_yith_ywpar_points_log
   but the yith_ywpar_db_version is not there? can you help me by the way im this
   is the free plugin
