Does not work AT ALL

I can not get the plugin to work at all on my website. I have also tried to submit a support ticket (4 times) via your website and that is ALSO not working.

There is a button, but it does not do anything.

– Is this not compatable with my version of wordpress – 4.6.13
– Does it not work with pagebuilders, I am using Visual Composer and have the button at the top of the main text area and inside the box
– is is not setup correctly?
