Does not work and no way to recover lost entries

We realized this plugin was not sending entries when we decided to test (we did test when we first set up and it was sending)… So who knows how many entries were lost. It gives me the option to upgrade to be able to see entries submitted in the FUTURE, but not ones already submitted. So I’ve maybe had MANY customers wondering why we were not replying and now there is NO WAY for me to recover/view the old entries EVEN IF I PAY TO UPGRADE. Don’t waste your time with this plugin. Even if you have it configured correctly AND have the smtp plugin set up as they describe, the emails will still not arrive and you will lose business and upset your customers. WOW. STILL IN SHOCK.
