    We never close any support tickets, only users do this or auto-close after long time unresponsive.

    I have just checked your ticket, communication is still running.

    Our support person replied you 21 hours ago and you had replied 6 hours ago.

    Please keep a bit patience, our support person will get back to you soon and definitely your issue will be resolved.

    One more thing, please try to keep communication running till issues are not resolved. When you stop communicating or a long gap created it’s become difficult for us to keep track that ticket.

    I don’t want to discuss the issue longer. But the message I got 21 hours ago is on my second ticket to get a response on my first ticket. Basically, it says I will get an answer soon. I won’t consider that as a reply, frankly.
