    This plugin does not work. It looks awful since every field has 2 different text groups overlapping and the submission does not work. I’ve tried downloading this plugin through the plugin wizard in my local WordPress installation and installing it by uploading the download from this page. Maybe the demo was not meant to work and I misunderstood haha.
