 * All content entered into Collapsed Content fields disappears upon saving. Perhaps
   this is only on WordPress v 4.7.1. My request for help to the form goes unanswered.
   Would love this plugin to work and to update this if that can happen.

 * It was not happened by collapse plugin, fields was disappeared because you have
   entered some special characters inside description filed. May you have insert
   backslash “\”.
 * Collapse description filed is not support backslash “\”.
 * I will request to you that please update your rating on this plugin.
