Does not work!! Xampp

Migration of Xampp build to the web.

Simple as that. My settings are correct. Goes through some of the procedures then fails.
Setting it up is not easy. Needs to be automated.
“Could not find file for testing MySQL Connection. Please check “New URL” and “Root folder path of site” ” What file? There is New URL but no root folder. Explain.
Instructions not succinct or easy to understand.
Just too complex, time consuming to get right, and does not work!

Can’t just go. Have to go through Check destination ftp/MySQL connections and/or Scan System before it will allow you to proceed, before the clone menu is available.

IF this is a working plug-in then give SUCCINCT AND EXACT instructions on how to get it to work with Xampp. Step by step with full explanations where needed and wanted.
