    I tried hiding all menu items apart from Posts and Comments for a user but almost all menu items (Dashboard, Posts, Media, Links, Pages, Comments, Profile, Tools) were displayed to the user (who has a Editor role).

    All I want them to see are posts and comments.

    We also use plugins:
    Wiziapp, ManageWP Worker, WordPress Importer.

    i will try to reproduce the issue, are those the only other plugins you have enabled? are you in a multi-site setup?

    Yes. We have about 10 sites managed by the WPManager Worker plugin.
    But we have only installed your plug in to one of them.

    I guess I should confirm:
    will we be able to achieve a lefthand menu bar that ONLY has:
    – Posts (excluding Tags)
    – Comments

    That’s all!!???

    Or do you actually need the defaults there (e.g. Dashboard)?

    it should work the way you want, no defaults are required… i will test with user of Editor type.

    i think my last patch broke the functionality; i also noticed another bug in the plugin that broke it for some usernames/logins, which i fixed.

    i just updated the plugin to version 0.5.3, can you please update and test again and let me know if this works for you now?
