 * There is something very wrong with this Unyson plugin. It automatically activates
   once its uploaded and can not be deactivated. I tried uploading via the plugin
   admin and ftp and downloaded it 3 times.

 * Maybe you are using TGM Plugin Activator in your theme that does some Force Active.
 * Try to activate a default WordPress theme.

 * Not sure what they are using but it does seem to be a theme issue.
