I appreciate your feedback a lot as such information always help us make the plugin better. Thank you for sharing this.
However, such issues require troubleshooting to find out why they are happening – as it’s not an expected behavior of the plugin. It may be an unexpected bug that we are not yet aware of (and if so, we’ll do everything to fix is as soon as humanly possible) or it may be related to specifics (e.g. configuration or conflicts with other plugin) of the site it happens on.
I understand why you’ve given us that low rating and review and I surely respect it (and again – thank you, it helps us make our plugins better) but I’ve also just responded to your support topic about this issue – so maybe let’s try to identify the issue first and see if we can fix it for you?
If you could, please, follow up there and address my questions it would be great and super-helpful and we could move on in order to, hopefully, find solution.

Dear Adam. I hope you received my replies on the support page and thanks for the help. I would of course change my rating if it is possible to fix these issues. But, at the moment I spent a lot of time and after that I saw that the plugin did not work (under my settings). BR Niels
