I have a clean installation of wordpress/woocommerce, with PHP 7.3 and 2GB of memory, and the plugin never even connected in the first place. * In private email you told me if there was an error with “header not being allowed”, sent you screenshot, never got a reply. (Not a problem though) Support tickets are left with no replies, and when the reply comes it is simply a reply template with no actual value to solve the problem(s), which in most cases are the same for many-many users here. * Again, no problems on my side, but since most of us here are professionals, and already pay almost half a rent to Mailchimp each month for its services, i would expect a solid professional solution. * Solution: I have already purchased another plugin that worked in under two minutes of setup and i should have done that before spending one whole week of troubleshooting, contacts with Hosting provider and console error inspections that led to nowhere. * All the best Max * Plugin Author [ryanhungate](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ryanhungate/) * (@ryanhungate) * [5 years, 10 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/does-not-work-1222/#post-13182440) * [@maxmillionmusic](https://wordpress.org/support/users/maxmillionmusic/) hey I know you have already done something different – but just to let you know that we’ve updated the plugin to 2.4.2 today – which addresses this connection issue you were stuck at.
