Does not update orders with payment oxxo pay

    I have my payments with conekta, when the user pays his oxxo pay reference, the status of the order does not change. Is this a mistake or must it be done manually?

    You need to create a webhook in Conekta’s dashboard, and when the status changes it will push it to wordpress, it used to happen to me, that correct it.
