Does not uninstall propperly

    Loco translator does not uninstall propperly. After uninstalling it, there are still files in my website directories.
    It is the minimum that someone expects from a good software: to be able to completely remove it

    Thanks for your review, but presumably you’re talking about translation files (PO, MO and POT). Files of this type created by the Loco editor are deliberately not removed when the plugin is uninstalled.

    If you removed Microsoft Word from your computer, would you expect it to delete all your .doc files?

    Deleting these files would annoy many more people than it pleases, which is why it doesn’t behave this way. It would also catch people out who didn’t even realise that they needed these files.

    Imagine: I install plugin > I make some translations > I uninstall plugin > all my translations gone.

    Great response, tim. I’m about to try your plugin, and I’m just checking negative reviews first 😛 Fingers crossed. I’ll review it positively if it works as expected.
