Does not understand referral links

Uninstalling now, it rates hundreds of referral links as 403, not workable.
However, I would rate it 4 stars as the support was very good. And the help they offered was refused by the site referring to, so their fault, not Broken Link checker.
I hope their will be a work-around this issue at some point.

Some URLs would help us see why those are marked as broken. This could be related to user agent.

Please check and confirm that you have allowed our User Agent and IPs on your Hosting firewall or within security plugins.

Hello Zafer,
Thank you for your message.
So on the forum you suggested I add IP’s to the white list.
Took me forever to find where the settings are, but got it done (unless there are multiple locations and I am not aware of those).
Did not make any difference.
So this is one of the links:

They are all similar, leading to Zazzle.
I don’t know what you mean with “user agent”? Is that something I can alter, or is that Zazzle?
Could you please also respond to the 404 problems with images that I mentioned in the forum?

A user agent is a string of text sent by a web browser, application, or other client to a web server to identify itself. It helps the server understand the type of client making the request, which can influence the content or response provided.

If our user agents or IPs are cooked at the hosting end, it is likely to return a 403 error.

Please follow up on the support ticket with the URL where you noticed a 404 error so that we can help you further.
