Hi @purityboy83,
Thanks for using our plugins.
If you’re using Guttenberg editor, once you update the post, the settings will be saved, but sometimes the checkbox remains unticked. Please refresh the edit post page and check again. In our test environment, the checkbox is working fine with Guttenberg editor as well.
You can also check if there is any console error on your site, if so please try to fix them.
Hope this helps.

Hi
I am using classic-editor by installing plugin instead of Guttenberg editor
Plugin is – https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/
As described above
Recent posts are recorded normally
However, old posts are not active check box(not record)
Even if the old post is modified check box in edit mode and saved, it is not reflected.
create a new post using classic-editor , it will be recorded
The editor always used the classic editor
I don’t think it’s because of the editor differences.
What can I do to solve this problem?
Can I try debug mode or debug?
Best Regards,
Hyunho

Hi
For more detailed explanation
1. I have used another cms blog before.
2. I installed wordpress a while ago
3. All posts have been migrated to wordpress.
4. And I wrote a new posts in wordpress.
5 And a few days later, I installed User Activity Tracking and Log
6. And the new postings are written have “User Activity Tracking and Log” activated
Posts that cannot be activated are those prior to the installation of “Track and log user activity” or previous blog posts.
Hi @purityboy83
If you like, we can have a look at your website to see if there are any issues with our plugin.
Can you please give us a temporary admin CMS access to plugins@mooveagency.com ?
Thanks
Hi @mooveagency
After duplicate the same blog where the problem was reproduced
I will send you a mail

Hi @purityboy83
We checked your site and we can see that there a lot of plugins installed.
The issues you are reporting are probably caused by a conflict with one of the other plugins.
If you try to copy your theme into a staging or local environment, and then you can try to turn-off each plugin one by one to see which one causes conflict with our plugin. Once you find the culprit you need to speak to the other plugin developer or ask your developer to fix these issues for you on your website.
You can remove our access to your site (or you should update your password).
Hope this helps.
Thanks
