    Hi

    The “To”, “From” and “Message” fields are working on desktop but do not show at all on mobile. As a result customers cannot “add to cart” on mobile as they get the pop-up error: “Please select some product options before adding this product to your cart.”

    Please help! We have checked the box “Apply fix for missing fields” and it does not fix it. I set WP_DEBUG to “true” in wp-config and got no errors.

    Running latest update.

    Hi Liz,

    I checked the HTML code on your gift card product page and it appears that your theme creates an entirely separate dropdown menu for mobile sites. As a result, the standard WooCommerce hooks are not used and our plugin isn’t compatible with this theme unless they update it to include the correct WooCommerce hooks.

    Let me know if you have any other questions, sorry we couldn’t do more but you will need to contact your Theme author for further assistance.

    Hi, but I am using the basic Woocommerce Storefront theme. Surely this would be using the standard hooks?

    The Storefront theme by itself doesn’t create a separate dropdown menu for the mobile site so it could be a plugin instead.

    If you have a test site, try disabling plugins one at a time until you find the culprit.
