 * I do not receive the reminder. (not in SPAMbox, just not received)
 * But it has put it in Sent Reminders in WordPress.

 * From my experience, if it has moved it to sent reminders, the plugin fired & 
   at least tried to send. It may have been eaten by the server’s mail system. Probably
   best to get with your hosting provider on that.
