Does not send letters

    Hello! The plugin is configured correctly. Letters do not come. WordPress 4.9.13 installed.
    What to do?

    Hi @demidenok,

    Can you please more elaborate on what exact issue you are facing with our Abandoned Cart Lite plugin? What do you mean by “Letters do not come”?

    Users do not receive letters and the system does not send them. Test emails come, everything is set up correctly, but they don’t receive anything to clients

    The problem is probably due to the fact that the system does not receive users e-mail, how can this problem be solved?

    Hi @demidenok,

    Can you please share your website URL with us so that we can abandon a cart on your site and see whether the email address is being captured and the reminder email is being received or not?
