Are you logged in as an administrator on the same browser where you are trying to login with temporary login link?
If so, it won’t log you in with the temporary login link and redirect you to homepage.
So, we suggest you to try in incognito window of the same browser or use different browser to login using temporary login link.

i am not logged it, in fact, it stopped working for me long time ago thinking that after installing wordpress this will be fixed but it still exist

Can you please try with deactivating other plugins and check once again?

I suspect you might want to redirect temporary user to another domain.
If so, it won’t work.
At this moment, redirection only works if you want to redirect user to any other page of the same domain.
