• Unfortunately, this plug-in does not deliver on what it promises.

I purchased the Pricing Ready Table plugin (PRO version), as it said that the tables created were responsive.

They’re not. On a mobile yes they break into individual columns – but then they’re not useful at all and you can’t compare the different products in the table on a mobile device. This isn’t how a table should be laid out for mobile layout if it’s responsive.

I asked for a refund, and one hasn’t been forthcoming – which was disappointing. I gave them two weeks to get back to me, which they failed to do, and so now I’m leaving this feedback.

On a mobile the tables are rendered useless, as they merely break the table into individual columns. How is that useful for a comparison table, the user just has to guess what a ‘tick’ in a row means?

If you’re looking for a pricing table plug-in that works well and offers the features of this plug-in, but also delivers a properly responsive table for mobile users have a look at: CSS3 Pricing Tables Grids For WordPress. This deals with the responsive layout for a mobile device. The table actually makes sense!

I rarely leave reviews for plugins unless they are very good – or like in this case, very poor.

Update: After almost three weeks of contacting them and numerous responses going back and forth, I did eventually receive a refund for the PRO plugin.
