# Does Not Load….Loading

 * Hi there…i am running the latest wordpress with quickcount. Installation went
   well, but when i click on quickcount within admin panel, nothing loads except
   the words “Loading” and the same is seen at the widget area. ([http://www.unitedfreeworld.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/does-not-loadloading/www.unitedfreeworld.com?output_format=md))
 * Just for your info and if it is useful: i do not use default WP_ table prefix,
   i have changed them for security reasons.

 * Hi,
    custom table prefix shouldn’t be the issue since Quick Count fully supports
   it. This is most likely Javascript conflict but I can’t tell for sure before 
   debugging in details.
