    Unfortunately Swifty Page Manager has not yet any lazy loading mechanism, so it can not handle that many pages in a way that is fast enough for normal usage.

    We will add a FAQ about a reasonable maximum number of pages for this plugin to be able to handle.

    Sorry to have wasted your time. Feel free to report it as “Does not work”, though the does work for the vast majority of users.
