Check the debug information option and clean the WooCommerce cache to see what happens with your configuration.

In our plugin you have a checkbox to show the debug information. To clean the WooCommerce cache read the official documentation, but you can do it in WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools.

There are no errors on the Card page, the debugger shows everything correctly. On the checkout page, it does not count the delivery amount in the Total amount. Kesh cleaned it.
Check your rates configuration, shipping zones…
The plugin works without known issues.
