• After purchasing the premium add on for $99 it didn’t work when setup. Technical support identified an error with their plugin where all postcodes were not picked up, only one in a field. They said they had to repair their error and would take several days. My client was already running late with site launch so after 5 days of waiting I had no choice than to use another solution to meet deadline.

    Support gave me a refund for the plugin as a result of timelines and deadlines, even though they repaired the plugin – most appreciated.
