I paid $116 for a WP Swings subscription plugin that lacked essential functionality. Despite their advertised 30‑day refund policy, my refund request—made within 6 days—was denied. Instead, WP Swings tried to upsell me $400 in custom programming for features that should have been included. Their refund policy implies that they will only issue a refund if they cannot fix the issues – even if it requires the customer to pay for a custom paid solution. Even alternative features I tried as a workaround failed to work, and after several days of back and forth with WP Swings, they admitted a lack of functionality. The plugin is useless, and their deceptive practices, upselling tactics, and refusal to honor refunds mirror similar complaints from other customers. Bottom line: waste of money, misleading documentation, and a company I cannot recommend.
