# noads tag <!–noads–> does not function properly

 * When I try to suppress adsense ads on certain pages by using the tag <!–noads–
   >, the response is not as expected.
 * Indeed the ads disappear in the main page area when the page is displayed, but
   one of the two sidebars will still show ads. After a refresh both sidebars are
   ad free.
 * However, if I now go back to the main (blog) page, the ads do not reappear. Refreshing
   does not help here.
 * Only clicking on an individual blog post will make ads reappear in the post and
   one side bar. Refreshing the blog post will reactivate the ads in the second 
   side bar
 * If I go back to the main (blog) page then, the adds will remain to be shown on
   this page as intended.
 * It seems as though the default state of showing ads is not properly restored 
   when a new page view is opened by the visitor.
 * I tried including <!–adoptin–> on the main page but that did not help.
