    Trying to get support is an absolute joke. They intentionally ignore you even when you pay good money for the add-ons.

    rwaynel, we have support forum. WP-Invoice is a free plugin, that is being used by thousands of people, so as you understand, we can’t help all our free users for free. But according to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy and End User License Agreement every user who buy our premium features receive equal amount of support funds for premium support requests to get quick UD team help.

    Please, don’t forget, that our premium features are one time purchasing, you won’t need to pay for support or update any more. We’re doing our best to help our users.
