    Do you have a caching plugin installed? If so, try clearing the cache.

    Next, at the bottom of the Settings tab, find where it says “Which pages should LivelyChat be shown on?”. Make sure there is a * in that box.

    Finally, I would make sure that your inner page templates contain:
    <?php wp_footer(); ?>
