    In case anyone is wondering, after you Activate the Plugin, the Login, Logout, Register, etc options to add to your Menu are found on the Menu page… You’ll see them in a new “Login/Logout links” section (on the left-hand-side of the screen).

    I installed Custom Login Form, make the settings changes, and see the preview, but it is not showing up at mydomain.com/wp-admin. Is there some type of extra step that I need to do?
