    Hello again, unfortunately after solving the previous problems, a new problem has arisen that we do not know how to solve, and that is that a specific user role that we give backend permission to enter, does not allow it, even if the box is marked access to backend, and from here on we no longer know what to do more to allow access to that specific role

    Hi @sushibastas

    How many roles are assigned to your test account?

    If there’s more than one role, you need to make one of the roles as a Primary role by adding a Priority Number in the User Role settings.

    We have three profiles in use, and only one should enter the backend, it has permissions, we gave it an importance of three since there are three roles, the others are left at 0, and I have recorded the result on video, so it will be easier understand the problem
