Does my wordpress page have SSL even though I bought domain somewhere else?

    Hej, I have bought a domain name at another provider, however, it was without SSL certificate. If I am using WordPress now for this domain as a host and choose the personal plan, does my webpage then automatically have SSL? Or can I add it in WordPress for free?

    it wont have that automatically, you can get certicicate for free i.e. from letsencrypt, and here are even plugins to do that, but in any case your hosting sysadmin has to configure https on their server for your site and add certificate to web server configuration
