    I’m new to this plugin. I’m actually still in the website building stage. It’s easy to use. I like that I can translate even the images, which is basically replacing an image with another image I upload. It’s great! I can’t use it while in the website builder editing mode though. This might be normal but if I decide I want to change something in the first language, I can’t do it from the translation mode so it creates some friction.

    There is one issue with its use. For some reason, the same page doesn’t render some of the content exactly the same on the different language version. What do I mean by that? The bottom divider and the image don’t show up on the same pages at the same time. Not only that, but it seems that they tend to switch back and forth depending on the changes I make. I don’t know why that is happening. That’s the only complain I have. That’s why it has only 4 stars instead of 5. If I’m doing something wrong, I would appreciate if someone let’s me know about it. I’m using DIVI builder for the record.

    Regarding the friction when switching between the website builder and translation mode, this is expected behavior since TranslatePress focuses on translating content rather than editing the original language.     As for the issue with certain elements not rendering consistently across language versions, this could be related to how DIVI handles dynamic content. Some page builders store content in a way that requires additional adjustments for translations to display correctly. We recommend:

    • Clearing your cache after making translations to ensure all content loads properly.
    • Checking DIVI’s global settings to see if the elements are dynamically loaded.
    • Ensuring all elements are properly assigned in the default language before translating.

    Thank you for your reply. I’ve been using the plugin for the past five months, and I have a significant issue I need help with. I was hoping to be able to translate each line as advertised. However, the plugin creates groups of words (or strings, if my understanding is correct) that are translated automatically.

    The problem is that I don’t want this feature at all. I want to be able to manually translate the entire text, as the automatic grouping of words interferes with my translations. This is a deal-breaker, as it renders the plugin unusable. I’ve invested a lot of time into creating my website using the TranslatePress plugin, and it would be disastrous to have to find another solution and start all over again.

    If there’s a way to make this work, please let me know. Perhaps there’s a setting that I’m not aware of.
