A nice plugin, but after installing it to discover it is not showing on a website which is part or a network. Does it support network sites?

    Thanks,

    Hello @solutionsdev

You simply should to install the plugin at “Network Admin” level, and then, activate it in any of the websites belonging to the network.

    Best regards.

I did install and activate, then changed some setting, saved them then clicked on process previous posts and it replies with an error that says:
“The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

So, I thought this might have relation to the network. Please also note that I have a large number of posts on this website, 10k’s.

It also does not appear on posts after the activation of the plugin, I thought it might be limited to the widget, so I added the widget, but still not showing.

The website is at https://adailyquote.tk, if you check the source code, you will notice that there are a few locations in the code that relates to the plugin.

    Thanks and regards,

    Hello @solutionsdev

If you have around 10k posts, and you press the “Process Previous Posts” button, the plugin will run the routine the processes all these posts, and it is very probable the memory assigned to the PHP Script on your web server be exhausted, or the execution time be insufficient.

Please, try to process a specific post, from the post settings, and let know if the issue persists.

    Best regards.

I also added a widget above the footer, but also does not show.

The manual related posts work well at the page https://adailyquote.tk/the-enemies-of-the-christian-religion-and-the-law-of/

It still not working for new scheduled posts like https://adailyquote.tk/love-is-what-we-were-born-with-fear-is-what/

And also still not working for the bulk.

Anything I could do for now?

    Thanks,

    Hello @solutionsdev

The issue with the bulk processing can be caused by many reasons, usually, the settings of the PHP Script on your web server. I recommend you to increase the execution time assigned to the PHP Script on your server to allow the plugin process the 10k posts.

Concerning to the scheduled post. I guess this post were created previously, and was configured to be published on a specific date. If it is the case, when this post was created our plugin was not installed, and could not extract the terms to create the relationship between this post and the other posts in the website. Only the posts created after install and active our plugin would be processed (for the previous posts would be required to press the button in the settings page of the plugin).

    Best regards.

For the bulk processing, I have the memory set at 256MB, I tried the execution time for 5 minutes and for unlimited but got the same error, the error is an immediate one and I did not wait any time, it just brought up immediately.

    Hello @solutionsdev

As you said in a previous message, your website has shown the error message:

“The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

That means the website has sent to the email address of the administrator an email with the error details.

Could you let me know the error details, please?

    Best regards.

    Hello @codepeople

Thanks again for your message, although the message says that, but actually the message itself was not received.
There are many tries and every time I get this error but none of the email messages was received.

@solutionsdev Try installing this plugin. It can provide a great deal of technical information to the author that may help determine what is going on.

@jdembowski ki The website is updated, so the health check is there by default.

@codepeople I have checked the health which provided a curl error (Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received) would this help.

I am trying to help although I have installed another plugin which worked fine for me and immediately solved the whole problem, but I will try to help in resolving this issue.

The default one is installed. The Health Check plugin adds more can can check on a per site basis. If you don’t want to or need to install it that’s fine.

    Hello @solutionsdev

The issue you are reporting, after running the plugin recommended by @jdembowski, might be related with any other plugin installed on your website, even with settings of your web server. But this issue is not caused by our plugin, a very simple way of testing it is disabling the other plugins installed on your website, and check the website’s health.

I’ve installed the Related Posts plugin in a website where it is the only one plugin active, and the Health Check plugin has been executed with no problems, displaying the message: “10 Items with no issues detected”

    Best regards.

@jdembowski Sorry, I thought it was the same, but for sure I will try the one you mentioned, it is a good chance to try your suggestion.

    Thanks,

@codepeople The log does not mention any other details so could not know where that came from and it does not have timing as well.

For the bulk action, I think this is OK for now.

Thanks a lot for your continuous help.
