So either you wait till after my vacation on 16.09.2014 to let me test it, or you test it yourself. * No bad plugin interactions have been reported so far. The default hooks are: the_content, the_exerpt and widget_text. * Activating **the_post** hook will (hopefully) search for Footnote short codes in each Post, Page and Custom Post Type. * So please try the following: Activate ONLY the **the_post** hook and check if the Footnotes are shown in your Custom Post Types. * Many thanks in advance. One of these bugs is now fixed, you can deactivate (and activate again) WordPress hooks in the Expert mode. * Hooks are provided by WordPress to allow Plugins to ‘hook into’ the rest of WordPress.
