    Does this plugin ( and also WatuPRO Full Bundle) compatible with cache plugin WP Rocket?

    Quiz pages should not be cached especially if you use some kind of randomization. Also avoid “script minifcation” because it causes lots of issues. Other than this, both plugins should work fine with WP Rocket.
