Nope, it just doesn’t display it it.

    Hi,
on our AMP posts it is displaying the results.
But there is some loading error under the results: a spinnign wheel of death.
We suspect this leads to the AMP posts not being preferred by google.
We suspect this because we have two amp posts with poll that are not being shown in the mobile results but the normal page.

Any idea how to deal with this?
An option to fix this or to turn the showing of polls / of poll results fully off on amp?
We consider CSS override not to be an option as it is still hanging itself up in the background then.

Thanks in advance and best wishes
    J.

Found a workaround. The AMP for WP Plugin allows to copy the content from the regular editor window by the click of a button to an extra editor window just for the amp version. In that extra editor window one may delete the Shortcode for the poll.

But anyway, a function in the WP Polls plugin to turn it off globally on all AMP pages / posts would be very great – especially, as more and more publishers do use AMP and especially publishers propably are the ones to use polls the most as i would think.

    Thanks and best,
    J
