 * Hey,
 * So we are importing users from an old database to a new database we where wondering
   if the old database would completely replace the new database or just add users
   that where not there previously.
 * We need to know because our new site has since added new users while our old 
   site has a few users that we are missing from the new site

 * This plugin doesn’t handle the Import process at all, only the EXPORT process.
   You’ll have to find a solid IMPORT tool and check with them how they handle that.
