Hello @beckseden,
Thank you for reaching us.
I analyzed your anti-spam requests and tweaked some spam filter rules for your site. Could you, also, let me know what plugin you’ve used to build your form?
PS, as a workaround, you can add the IP and email of the user to your personal whitelist. The guide is here:

Hi,
I am using Elementor.
Are you able to change my filters? I wasn’t aware cleantalk had access to my the wordpress admin – how is this possible?
I’m not sure how I could whitelist any email addresses when I don’t know who might be using their email address more than once. I just want people to be able to send a questionnaire, and cannot anticipate who might be filling out a form for other people, or what email address they may use.
Thanks.
Hello @beckseden,
No, we don’t have access to your admin dashboard. I’ve changed the filters on our end in the cloud.
Doest the issue still persist after adjusting the filters?
Thank you.
Ah, I see ,thank you for explaining that. Learning vey day. 🙂
I have tested it and it does seem to be working, fingers crossed! Thank you very much.
I have just received my first spam email to the email address on the website (not through form, but a robot picking up my email address, I guess). Is this because the filters have been adjusted, do you think?
Happy to help!
Speaking of the spam that came to your email address. Unfortunately, we do not provide protection for the email addresses.
Our protection works for websites forms only.
