Does anyone know of a way to edit posts & pages for entire site, please?

    I’m trying to globally (whole site) edit my pages and posts. The kind of thing I’m thinking of is changing the typeface, editing text elements, always putting certain terms in italics – and so on.
    Is this possible in my version of WordPress — I mean is it inbuilt?

    I can’t find a plugin that does it, I’ve got Front-end editor, and PlugNedit installed.

    At least some of that is possible via the CSS in your theme – there’s no plugin that will automatically do that kind of thing, no. You have to know how to use basic CSS or ask on your theme’s forum. What theme are you using?

    I think this would involve editing the site templates, and I don’t feel confident enough to do that.

    I suppose I could also try batch editing the original Word files; but I’ve made desirable tweaks since, and that would be a lot of work. I could also copy the site files back to Word …. But again a lot of work.

    I do find it remarkable that something so sophisticated and wonderful as WP hasn’t got these simple editing functions built in…. and perhaps even more surprising that nobody’s got a plugin for the job!
