Does anyone know how to install Nice(r) Titles?

  • I want to install Nice(r?) Titles on my site
I’ve found this “.DS_Store” file but I have no idea what I’m supposed to do with it and there’s no install procedure or read me file.
Does anybody know how I must install this?
    Thanks

.DS_Store : throw that away, its a byproduct of archiving files on an apple.

This should work, assuming you’re talking about Nicer Tiles by Mark Wubben:

    1. Upload “nicetitle.js” and “nicetitle.css” to your template directory.

    2. Add the following to your template index file header:

    <script language="javascript" type="text/javascript" src="<?php bloginfo('stylesheet_directory'); ?>/nicetitle.js"></script>

    Thank you

Oops… I uploaded both files in my theme directory, copied the script in my header.php file (I didn’t put it in the index because there’s no header section in it), but nothing happens.
Normally, all elements with a title tag should display the new titles right?
should I have replaced ” php bloginfo(‘stylesheet_directory’) ” with something else?
Could there be a conflict with Lightbox?

    Do you have a URL?

    Pfew… I just can’t make it work…
I’m trying to run it on a test site, so I can provide id and passw if some generous soul would be prepared to look into it.
    The address is http://siteground129.com/~raphaell/
I tried installing Nicer Titles, I then found Sweet Titles: http://www.dustindiaz.com/sweet-titles/
I even tried one called Qtip (http://solardreamstudios.com/learn/css/qtip/) without success.
    I just don’t get it.
