    Most likely need to look inside the header.php file of your theme and see how they have things setup.

    Try looking in your theme’s header.php for the code inside the <title></title> tags.

    That’s what I assumed, but I don’t see anything in the title tag that would add that symbol.

    <title><?php if ( is_home() ) { bloginfo( 'name' ); } else {wp_title(); ?> | <?php bloginfo( 'name' ); } ?></title>

    Thanks again for the time guys!

    Yes in order to remove the raquo you must pass (“”, true) through the title. ie. wp_title("",true)

    thanks again alchymyth!
