# Does a simple plugin skeleton exist?

 * Hello,
 * I’d like to create plugins for WordPress, and stick to all the coding standards/
   rules to make it as clean as possible.
    I’ve seen a lot of resources about that,
   here and there.
 * But, does a dummy “Hello World” plugin exist, with ALL the necessary rules shown
   in it. A kind of complete skeleton with correct folders hierarchy to put css/
   code/js, with examples of comments format, examples of code.
 * It would help a lot to start a plugin with such a simple skeleton that does contain
   most of the basic “rules” of good WordPress coding standards.
