1.5 will “support” nofollow. Been some discussion on it previously:

Which means the user will need to do something? Turn on a setting? Install a plugin? Any idea what my role will be in using it?

1.5 will set rel=nofollow automatically. You’ll need to ” do something” (as in hack code, plugin, etc) to turn it off.
