Doenloading Zip Backup file – Page not found error for URL generated by backup

    When trying to download the zip Backup file – I get a page not found error for the URL of the Zip file

    ______.com/wp-content/backups/WPOnlineBackup_31-07-2013_19-53-35_1_e74d226f961ed1b71feab458bbfc21eed9ac4f6b.zip

    Error 404 – Page Not Found
    Admin Help: Why am i seeing this page?

    Hi,

    Please make sure you have updated to 3.0.2.
    Also, can you provide information from Help & Support tab?
